Chemical and microbiological analysis is carried out on samples of drinking water, seawater and samples of water of dubious origin. An average of 23 parameters are checked, sufficient to give a complete picture of the sample.
Wine - must analysis
The initial examination of the must is necessary for vinification. After the check, corrective actions (where required) are made using approved oenological substances. After analysis, the customer receives, in addition to oenological substances, precise instructions for their use during the fermentation process.
